Enterprise GTM and partnerships leader who scales emerging-technology platforms from zero to one — building the partner programs, developer ecosystems, and go-to-market motions that make them grow.
My focus is the connective tissue between a new technology and the partners, developers, and customers who adopt it: defining who the ecosystem is for, recruiting and certifying the first partners, building the programs and tooling to scale them, and standing up the go-to-market motion that turns early traction into a durable business.
I've spent my career operating at the intersection of enterprise strategy and platform adoption — at Apple, Amazon, and Alarm.com, and as a consultant at PwC and Accenture. I move comfortably between executive strategy and hands-on program execution, and I'm at my best turning early platform bets into scaled growth engines.
Launched and ran the certification program that let third-party brands build directly into Apple's Find My network. I grew the third-party ecosystem from its first certified products into a broad, global network, with launches including the Louis Vuitton Nanogram Speaker, Specialized e-bikes, and insta360 cameras.
I also stood up a parallel certification track for Bluetooth silicon and SoC vendors — bringing chipmakers like NXP and Texas Instruments into the program so they could take Find My compatibility to the hundreds of brands they supply.
Built the enterprise partner ecosystem for Apple Vision Pro from the ground up — recruiting, certifying, and enabling independent software vendors and system integrators, and scaling the network across business, government, and education.
The work spanned the full partner lifecycle: sourcing and qualifying partners, guiding developers from build through go-to-market, forging strategic partnerships across the developer and integrator landscape, and briefing Apple leadership on ecosystem direction, forecasts, and growth.
As program lead reporting to the CEO of a connected-home subsidiary, I took products from concept and requirements through launch. The flagship — the Alarm.com Smart Thermostat — reached consumers nationwide and featured in a Super Bowl commercial.
I also led a go-to-market shift from selling individual devices to selling a full smart-home suite — a repositioning that drove a step-change in revenue.
A selection of products brought to market through the programs I've led — certified and enabled across Apple's Find My ecosystem, and launched as program lead at Alarm.com.
